Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of IntraCarte’s SharePoint Framework (SPFx) components (“Software”) made available through Microsoft AppSource. By installing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

1. License and Use

IntraCarte grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
The Software is provided for internal business purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software to third parties.
Use the Software in violation of applicable laws or Microsoft policies.

3. Ownership

The Software is owned by IntraCarte and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted only the rights expressly described in these Terms.

4. Support and Updates

IntraCarte may, at its discretion, provide updates, improvements, or new features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available.” IntraCarte makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntraCarte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

7. Termination

Your rights under these Terms automatically end if you fail to comply with them. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your place of residence.
