All information and data managed through IntraCarte components remain within your organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant. No customer data is stored, transmitted, or processed outside your Microsoft 365 environment.

What Information We Collect

• We do not collect or transmit your SharePoint or intranet content outside your tenant.
• If you contact us for support or trial/demo requests, we may collect basic contact details such as your name, email address, or phone number.
   

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries, support requests, and troubleshooting cases.
• To provide updates about product improvements, new features, and other relevant communications.

How We Store and Secure Data
All customer content created within our SharePoint components is stored securely in your Microsoft 365 tenant. Access to content is governed by your organization’s permissions.

Data Retention
Because data remains in your Microsoft 365 tenant, retention is fully under your control. Any contact information you provide to us for support or communication is retained only as long as needed to fulfill the request or maintain the business relationship.

Customizations
When customers request product customizations, we may receive documentation, requirements, or sample content to complete the work. This information remains the property of the customer and is used only for the agreed purpose. Such materials are securely handled during the project and deleted once the customization is complete.

How We Share Information
IntraCarte does not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties. Information may only be disclosed if required by law or regulatory obligation.
